How to read your monthly statement:
DATE:
Tells you what day the letter was printed. If you sent money after this date, it has not been recorded.
ID NUMBER:
Each student has a lunch ID number.It is very helpful if you include this number on the check or envelope when you send in the money. (Especially if you have more than one child.)
CURRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE:
Tells you how much money is in your account or how much you owe. You owe money only if there are () parentheses around the amount. If there are no parentheses, you have a positive balance.
